What should you expect? 

1. After you enter in some information below I will email or call you to chat about your goals and any other questions you have.  

2. I will email you to fill out some paperwork and to schedule an hour long phone call or secure video call.  Here we will start Phase 1 of the program. 

3. You will start receiving yoga flows that are tailored to your needs. This way you can practice from the comfort of your own home! 

Note: I do require a two month commitment from you to begin the program. I do this because it takes time to unpack past experiences and more time to introduce new habits.
